There was a point where I knew what I needed to do…
but I just wasn’t doing it.
I was constantly in my own head.
Overthinking everything.
Starting things and not following through.
And the most frustrating part was, I was aware of it.
As someone with ADHD, I understand what it feels like when your mind doesn’t switch off.
When your thoughts are constant, your emotions feel intense, and even simple things can feel overwhelming.
A lot of what I teach comes from learning how to work with my own mind, not against it.
Alongside that, I’ve spent time studying psychology and training in counselling, deepening my understanding of how the mind works.
This isn’t just theory for me.
It’s something I use every day.
So if you feel stuck in your own head, overwhelmed, or like you’re not fully showing up as yourself,
I get it. And this is exactly the work that helps you change that.
