I’m Milla, 31, a mum of two and the founder of MMC.
But before any of this, I was the woman who looked like she was coping on the outside, while quietly feeling lost within myself. After a relationship breakdown two years ago, everything I had built my identity around fell apart.
And when that chapter ended, I realised I didn’t just lost the relationship, I had lost direction, clarity, and connection with myself.
At that point, I didn’t start this journey to “transform my life.” I simply wanted to feel happy again.
I’ve always been deeply fascinated by the human mind, but during that time, that curiosity became an obsession.
I wanted to understand why we think the way we think, how emotions shape our behaviour, and how our inner world quietly influences everything around us.
So I immersed myself in it.
I studied extensively, enrolled in courses, attended seminars, journaled daily, and began observing my own patterns with honesty and awareness.
Not to fix myself. But to understand myself.
Slowly, things began to shift.
My thoughts became clearer.
My emotions felt less overwhelming.
My habits became more intentional.
And most importantly, I started reconnecting with the woman I had lost along the way.
As my inner world stabilised, everything around me began to change too. My confidence, my energy, my decisions, and the direction of my life.
That experience became the foundation of MMC.
My purpose is deeply personal: to help women who feel lost, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted reconnect with themselves, and from that place, change everything around them.
Because when a woman finds herself again, she doesn’t just feel better.
She thinks differently, chooses differently, and starts building a life that finally feels aligned, peaceful, and truly her own.
